You may view the website and share links to it. Copying, downloading for reuse, editing, or publishing any content elsewhere, including using it to train artificial intelligence systems, requires my prior written permission.
3. BRAND NAMES
Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. Mentioning a brand does not mean it endorses me or my services.
4. INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE
The information on this website describes my services in general terms and is not a binding offer. Specific services, prices and terms are agreed in a proposal, a booking confirmation, or a written contract.
5. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
This website links to websites run by others. I checked them for unlawful content when I added the links, but I have no control over their content and am not responsible for it. If I learn that a linked website contains unlawful content, I will remove the link.
6. LIABILITY

Liability under the German Product Liability Act is not affected. In all other cases, my liability is excluded.

TERMS FOR BOOKED SERVICES
Last updated: October 9, 2026
1. SCOPE
These terms apply to all services you book with me, Natasha Teague (NT Creative / Natasha Teague Portraits), Sonnenallee 208, 12059 Berlin, Germany, through my booking page or on the basis of a proposal. If we agree something different in writing, such as in a proposal or contract, that agreement takes precedence. Your own terms and conditions do not apply unless I agree to them in writing.
I work with businesses and with consumers. Some sections apply only to consumers; they say so.
2. BOOKING AND CONTRACT
My booking page describes each service, its price and the available dates. You make a binding booking when you complete the booking form and click the final "Book and pay" button. The contract is concluded when I confirm your booking by email. Contracts are concluded in English or German.
For services based on a proposal, the contract is concluded when you accept the proposal in writing or by email, or by paying the first invoice.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices for consumers include German VAT. Prices for businesses are net, plus VAT where it applies. For business clients outside Germany, the reverse-charge rules or other VAT rules for cross-border services may apply, and the invoice will say so.
Payment is due when you book, unless we agree otherwise. You can pay by credit card through Stripe or by bank transfer.
If you pay by bank transfer, you'll receive an invoice with my bank details. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date, and your booking is confirmed when the payment arrives. If payment hasn't arrived by then, I may release the date. Please pay in euros and include the invoice number as the payment reference. For transfers from outside the SEPA area, you pay any bank and transfer fees, so that I receive the full invoice amount.
For larger projects, I may ask for a deposit of 50% when you book and the balance on delivery, as stated in the proposal.
4. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION BY YOU
You can move a booked date free of charge once, if you tell me at least 7 days before it. A second change, or a change with less notice, is treated as a cancellation.
If you cancel, I charge the following share of the price to cover the time reserved for you and the work already done:
• more than 14 days before the booked date: 25%;
• between 14 days and 72 hours before the booked date: 50%;
• less than 72 hours before the booked date, or if you don't attend: 100%.
I also charge any third-party costs I have already committed to for your project and cannot cancel, such as studio hire, talent, props or travel.
You may show that my loss was lower than these amounts. If you are a consumer, your statutory right of withdrawal, explained in the Withdrawal Information for Consumers, is not affected.
5. CANCELLATION BY ME
If I cannot provide a booked service because of illness or other circumstances beyond my control, I will tell you as soon as possible and offer a new date. If you don't want a new date, I refund what you have paid for that service.
6. YOUR COOPERATION
You agree to provide the information, materials, access and approvals the project needs, on time. You confirm that you hold the rights to any materials you send me, such as logos, images, text and product samples, and that I may use them for the project. If your input is late, the agreed schedule moves accordingly.
If people appear in photographs or videos, you are responsible for obtaining their consent (model releases), unless we agree that I will obtain it.
7. DELIVERY, REVISIONS AND APPROVAL
I deliver the agreed work in the agreed format and time frame. Two rounds of revisions are included unless the booking or proposal says otherwise. A revision round is one combined set of changes from you. Further rounds, or changes to the original brief, are charged at €150 per hour or as agreed. Unless agreed otherwise, I deliver edited final files, not raw files.
Business clients should check delivered work promptly. Work is considered approved if you do not raise an objection within three business days of delivery.
8. USAGE RIGHTS
Under German law, I keep the copyright in the work I create. Once you have paid in full, you receive the rights to use the work as stated in your booking or proposal, including the purpose, media, territory, duration and whether the rights are exclusive. If nothing is stated, you receive a non-exclusive right, unlimited in time, to use the work for your own business communications.
Unless we agree otherwise, you may not resell or sublicense the work, offer it as stock, or use it to train artificial intelligence systems. You may make the edits needed for normal use, such as cropping or resizing, but not change the work in a way that distorts it.
I am entitled to be credited as the author. For agency projects agreed as white-label, I waive this right for the agreed use.
Unless we agree that you receive exclusive rights or that the work stays confidential, I keep the right to use the work, including edited versions, for my portfolio, website and marketing, and for exhibitions, publications and competition entries. Where people can be identified in the work, I only use it this way with their consent, which I ask for separately. For agency and white-label projects, I show work only with the agency's written approval.
9. STORAGE OF FILES
Please keep your own copies of delivered files. I archive final files for 12 months after delivery, but I cannot guarantee that they will be available after that.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
We each keep confidential any business information we receive from the other that is marked as confidential or is clearly confidential. I am happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement.
11. LIABILITY
I am only liable for damage I have caused through my own fault. I am fully liable for damage I cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health that I cause negligently. For slight negligence, I am liable only if I breach an obligation that is essential to the contract, and only for damage that was typical and foreseeable when the contract was made. Liability under the German Product Liability Act and under any guarantee I have given is not affected. In all other cases, my liability is excluded.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
These terms and our contract are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If you are a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law, or have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
13. FINAL PROVISIONS
If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains valid.

WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION FOR CONSUMERS
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Natasha Teague, Sonnenallee 208, 12059 Berlin, Germany, phone: +49 178 8197295, email: natasha.teague@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, such as a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments I have received from you without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day I receive your notice of withdrawal. I will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
If you asked for the services to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay me a reasonable amount corresponding to the share of the services already provided at the time you tell me you are withdrawing, compared with the full scope of services in the contract.
EARLY END OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Your right of withdrawal ends early if I have fully provided the service and you expressly agreed, before I started, that I would begin during the withdrawal period, and you confirmed that you knew you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract was fully performed.
